Description:This seminar is a cookbook for coaches to become masters of coaching athletes and general population clients for strategic development of fitness qualities in the important biomechanics domains that truly carry over and have impact on their health, appearance, performance, and feelings of vitality. RTBP2 picks up where RTBP left off. If you understand the categorization system of exercises, along with the sensorimotor competencies of the three planes, now you’re ready to become an architect of training programs. These programs are built off of understanding the most logical method of progressing and regressing all the exercise patterns in the available stances and planes that they can be trained in. This two day seminar will revolutionize your coaching and program design capabilities, and probably be the best investment you’ve made in your career.
