Rate Limiting Variables are what stand between you and where you want to go. The key to success in any physical domain is accumulating time and practice. But intense exercise can also leave you beaten-up or injured. Most people don’t know how to keep healthy and drive their fitness because they don’t see what we see early on that can limit progress. Our job is to make invisible limitations visible so they never become problems that sidetracks progress.

Design your training routine.

Design a progressive program that takes where you are, where you’ve been, and where you want to go into consideration. Progression here is the key. Workouts are random “stuff” that’s thrown together without an end game. It’s time to stop exercising and start training. Programs are structured and built out over the course of weeks and months. They have a purpose and logic that builds systematically toward a goal.
