Matt is an accomplished Strength and Conditioning Specialist and Head Trainer for Lincoln-Sudbury Football.
As a former collegiate athlete, he specializes in sports performance training and injury prevention. He has worked with athletes ranging from middle school to college.
When he’s not training, you’ll find him watching action-adventure movies from the 80s, bopping his head to 90s rap, or channeling his inner “Tim the Toolman” with various home improvement projects.
