Dan Gluck
I’m a strength and conditioning coach and licensed athletic trainer with over a decade of experience helping athletes feel and perform at their best. As a former collegiate lacrosse player and long-time Stinky Socks Hockey guy, I get it—I know what it’s like to balance work, family, and still want to compete hard.
My focus is simple: helping adult hockey players move better, feel better, and get back in game shape so you can keep skating hard, stay out of the trainer’s room, and actually enjoy the game you love.
