Quickly Build Explosive Speed and Power With a Proven System for Youth Athletes
What if you could start every season…
Measurably faster, quicker, and more explosive than you thought possible
Feeling like a video game character whose speed burst is turned up to 99%
Confident you have that “extra gear” to blow past opponents on the field
There’s nothing more electric in sports than the moment an athlete makes a move no one saw coming.
A sharp cut. A sudden burst. A split-second reaction that flips the game.
That kind of play isn’t luck—it’s trained. Built through coordinated speed, strength, and control under pressure.
That’s what this program is for—building reactive, multi-directional movement that shows up when it matters.
If you want to be a Total Package Athlete, you need more than weight room strength.
You need usable speed. Quickness that translates. Power that hits on demand.
Right now is the time to build those skills—while your body is still in a prime window to adapt and grow.
Because the right training, at the right time, can make all the difference.
The truth is, most young athletes are never exposed to properly doses and progressed training methods.
They rely on old-school programs and outdated methods.
We’ve spent decades studying the methods used by Olympic and Division I coaches, then refining them into a system that’s simple, effective, and proven to work.
The Summer Strength and Speed Program is built to help you move better, react quicker, and dominate your sport.
Let’s get to work.
Summer Strength and Speed
Summer Strength and Speed is a GYM and Field BASED training
Designed to empower you with everything you need to improve your strength, speed, agility, and coordination.
We combine cutting-edge sports science technologies with practical drills and sport-specific games to reinforce learning. All in a fun, competitive environment.
At the start of the program we is an objective testing day, allowing us to gather data to build custom speed and athletic profiles for each athlete.
We utilize Hawkin Dynamics Force Plates to measure braking and propulsive capabilities, identify left-right imbalances, and use laser timers to measure 10-yard acceleration and 5-10-5 agility test times precisely.
