SPORT PERFORMANCE

Physical preparation is a critical component to ensure young athletes are able to meet and exceed the rigors of competition safely and effectively.

All of our programs begin with an appraisal of the fundamental movement requirements of the athlete, their sport and position.

From there, an individualized program is crafted to address pertinent qualities and reassessment is performed at regular intervals to ensure consistent progress.

PHYSICAL THERAPY

We understand that our clients are individuals with diverse goals, lifestyles, training histories, and anatomy.

As such, all of our programs are tailored to meet the unique set of needs, circumstances, and objectives that make you, well, you.

We know that clients and athletes have specific needs that often span multiple disciplines.  Our Physical Therapists work together with our Performance Coaches to develop individual treatment plans that combine rehabilitation with strength and conditioning.

Not only does this allow for ease of scheduling, but it also ensures a seamless integration of rehabilitative and fitness goals. 

NUTRITIONAL COACHING

All of our nutrition programs are tailored to meet the unique set of needs, circumstances, and objectives that comprise your current health status.

Everyone knows that nutrition plays a critical role in giving us the energy to stay mentally focused and physically strong throughout the day.  We all want to eat foods that improve performance, boost our immune system, and support recovery.  But building and implementing the right plan to meet your food preferences, schedule, and goals can be a challenge.    

We take the away the guesswork by offering evidenced-based, customized, and delicious solutions to help get you where you need to be with your health. 

After an initial consultation, our team will devise a customized eating plan that will guide you on how to best fuel your body for optimal performance at work, home, or on the field.
