We’re turning off the techno music and pulling the leg warmers off of group fitness classes forever. Our group training programming is a super-sized version of our one-on-one personal training sessions. Each participant undergoes a full evaluation prior to starting the program, and is placed in a group with others of similar ability.
Classes are limited to ten participants, and we guarantee at least a 5:1 client to trainer ratio to ensure adequate individual attention, and regular updates to individual programming. Certain class days are focused more on strength and power development, while others focus more on metabolic condition, and cardiovascular training.
