Michelle Boland is a certified Strength and Conditioning specialist who utilizes a holistic approach to maximize health and performance. Michelle has a Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, a Master’s degree in Strength and Conditioning, and a PhD in Exercise Physiology.
Michelle was a strength and conditioning coach at Northeastern University from 2015-2018.
Michelle utilizes her knowledge, experience, and skills to maximize strengths and address limiting factors within both health and performance variables. She works with clients to create actionable steps towards their desired goals.
