Emily graduated from Ithaca College with a degree in Exercise Science, where she was a member of the cross country team, and a staff trainer at the Ithaca College Wellness Center. After graduation, she began working as a personal trainer at various heath facilities in greater Boston.
Her experience makes her ideally suited to work with clients that are new to exercise, recovering from minor injuries, or the senior population who want to maintain their health and fitness level. She incorporates flexibility, balance, core strength, and functional exercises in her programs. Emily strongly believes in working with each client to meet their individual goals and help prevent injuries by strengthening the whole body.
