Dan is a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. He believes that a sound fitness routine, anchored by functional training techniques, provides a solid foundation for health and well being. He works with his clients to develop a customized training plan to meet specific health and fitness needs. Dan’s dedication to his own health and fitness has been an inspiration to the people around him and over the past eight years he has dedicated himself to coaching individuals of all skill levels.
Dan played four years of Division I Lacrosse at Butler University in Indianapolis, Indiana. As a high school lacrosse player, Dan was an All-American and was named Player of the Year for the state of Connecticut. He helped lead his team to back-to-back state championships in 1998 and 1999.
When not in the gym, Dan enjoys spending time with his wife Lindsay, their daughter Marin, and dog Gulliver.
