Kathie specializes in transitioning clients with injuries from the rehabilitation process into strucutred strength and conditioning programs as their capabilities, function, and needs progress.

Kathie graduated from Boston University’s Sargent College of Allied Health Professions in 1991 with a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy. She was also a Sports Medicine Intern for Harvard University where she worked with a wide array of athletes from the university’s sports teams. After graduation Kathie served as a staff Physical Therapist at Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital, Sports Medicine Boston, and Mt. Auburn Hospital. She also served as Clinical Supervisor of Orthopedic Rehabilitation at Harvard Vanguard for 6 years.

Kathie has extensive experience working with shoulder, back, hip, and knee injuries.

She is a former professional figure skater with the Ice Capades whose current interests include skiing, golfing and running.
